Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services
provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after
investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the
services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a
refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 2 business day post receiving the order will not be eligible for return.
Refund Policy
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our customers.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase
and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

How do I return an item?
Go to: My Account – My Order – Select Return (Under Links).
Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation for the request. We will schedule the pick up
from the delivered address. Please ensure that product is unused and in original condition. Use our
Return Bag to pack (Return address printed). Include all price tags, labels, original Packing and “Return
Form” along with the product.
In case if we can’t pick up the item from your location, you can ship it back to us. We will reimburse the
shipping charges as equivalent shopping voucher against the original receipt. For exchange request, you
will receive an “Exchange Coupon” by mail and message. Kindly use the code for your new purchase.
Coupon is valid for 90 days.
How long do I have to return an item?
Returns can be made within 21 days from the date of placing your order.
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
Returns at Indianmonks are always free of charge. If you have used your own courier to return the
product, we will give you equivalent shopping voucher.
When do we not accept returns?
Returns are not accepted for brief and customized Products
How will I receive my refund?
The money will be refunded in the same way the payment was made. We will refund the Credit Card or
Net-Banking account if the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will initiate the process of
refunding after we have received the product. If you have paid by cash, you will get a cheque sent to
your address, for that value.
When will I receive my refund?
Typically, refunds are credited to your account within 5 working days. This varies from bank to bank; we
cannot be held responsible for any delays in crediting the Cardholder’s credit card account since this
falls in the Cardholder’s issuing bank’s purview.
Exchange Coupon – 2 Working days.
Cr. Card/Net Banking – 7-9 Working days.
Cheque – 7-9 Working days.
